Full blown squealing, foot kicking, book throwing temper tantrum. There’s drama, there’s more attacks from the rebels, so-much-awesome.įurther in the book, I threw a hissy fit. While America is back home after her father’s death, Maxon eliminates Celeste (who honestly I kind of started to like), and Elise (…she just really annoyed me), so now America’s only competition is… Kriss (ew). So in this instalment, America comes to realize just how badly she wants to be with Maxon. There was action, there was the mush factor, there were tears…lots of tears, there was happiness, Cass just put me on a rollercoaster that I did not want to get off of. The One totally blew that fear away (it huffed and it puffed until all the fear was gone). I loved the other two books so much that I was afraid that this third book just wouldn’t meet my standards (which at this point were quite high).
